This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all products supplied through our CNC router bit manufacturing and OEM/ODM services. As a B2B supplier, we handle all return and refund requests based on product condition, order type, and agreed manufacturing specifications.
A. Manufacturing or Shipping Error
If any issue is confirmed to be caused by our manufacturing process or order fulfillment, we will take full responsibility and provide appropriate solutions.
In such cases:
- Customers should report the issue with clear details and evidence (photos or videos if applicable).
- We will evaluate the issue and confirm responsibility after inspection.
- If approved, we will provide one of the following solutions:
- Product replacement
- Repair or rework (if applicable)
- Refund or partial refund based on the situation
If return is required:
- Returned items must be in original packaging and unused condition
- Original invoice or order reference must be included
- Inspection will be conducted upon receipt before resolution is finalized
In urgent cases, replacement may be arranged prior to return confirmation depending on evaluation.
B. Customer-Related Order or Specification Issues
If the issue is not caused by manufacturing or production error:
- Products must remain unused and in original packaging to qualify for review
- Items that are opened, used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all specifications, drawings, and requirements are correct before order confirmation
Return requests may be considered only after mutual agreement.
In such cases:
- Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer
- Customers are responsible for safe and trackable return shipment
- Products remain the customer’s responsibility until received and inspecte
C. Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Products
If products are received in damaged, defective, or incomplete condition:
- Customers must report the issue with supporting evidence (photos/videos)
- Original packaging should be retained for inspection and logistics verification
- Each case will be evaluated individually
If the issue is confirmed to be caused during production or transportation under our responsibility:
- Replacement will be provided
- Return shipping costs will be covered where applicable
- Appropriate resolution will be arranged based on the situation
D. OEM / Custom Orders
Custom-made and OEM products are manufactured based on customer-approved specifications, drawings, or samples.
Due to their customized nature:
- OEM and custom products are generally non-returnable
- Returns or replacements are only applicable in cases of verified manufacturing defects or production errors
- Customers are responsible for confirming all specifications before production begins
E. Refund Handling
Where refunds are approved:
- Refunds will be processed after returned goods are received and inspected
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible
- Processing time depends on banking and payment systems and external financial institutions
- Partial refunds may apply depending on product condition or order type

- All return and refund requests must be submitted with complete order details
- Each case is evaluated individually based on product condition and order agreement
